I was wondering if there is any places where I can pick up pain medication?

Hi Chris: If you are refering to prescription medication, there are plent of drugstores ( known as "Boticas") on the island, and some open late at night. However, you must have a prescription from an ARUBAN Doctor. A precription from any other Doctor will not work.
If it is over the counter medications, you will have no problem,as most Boticas are pretty well stocked.
