How I said, I want to live in Aruba, so I need to look for a job in there. I am T.S.U. in Tourism, with experience a lot. Please if you can help me with any information about it, I glad to you. What me need to do that dream come true?

Hi Ana..A lot of people want to live in Aruba, but it is not as easy as many think. You must look for a company that will hire you for your skills. ( That means going there to "job hunt")
Once your hire is approved, paperwork for  a work permit must be filled out and submited. Only when the permit is approved, can you establish residence there, and that is only temporary.
It also helps a great deal if you speak Spanish, or, papiamento or Dutch, which is prefered, to work on the island. Most business matters are spoken in those languages.

Another way is to own your own home, and show financial stability to live there. Good luck on your endeavor!
