QUESTION: Where is the best place in Aruba to buy a diamond ring?  Thank you.

ANSWER: Hi Cindy! Most jewelers have good prices, and vary store to store, but..you must bargain with them to get a good price. They are willing to make a sale even if the profit margin is smaller. Me, I go to Kays, which is downtown, next to and in back of the Rennaisance Mall.
They have a good reputation and usually do not pressure you for a sale. Tend to stay away from jewelers that are inside hotels, as they tend to be about 15 to 20% higher!!
Columbian Emeralds in the Renaissance Mall is a bit higher, but all their merchandise is top quaility. I would definately go between those 2 stores and check/compare.

Hi Cindy...It's Gemani Jewelers on L.G Smith Blvd.90-92.
It is one of the many jewelers on the island. Also with a good reputation, but as stated before, shop around and bargain for a deal!
Jewelers are abundant on Aruba due to the tourism, and influx of cruise ships. It's all a matter of what you want, and how much!
I think you will be busy checking all these places out!!
