1.  Any other way to get to go to Curacao from Aruba other than air?????

Hi Roz..travel to Curacao from Aruba can only be done by air. Tiara Air and Dutch Antilles Express have daily flights to/from Aruba. You can check schedules and prices at the airport at arrival. Exit the airport, go right, to the non - U.S departure hall for info.
Taxi rates are set by the government. They charge flat rates from airport to downtown, low rise and to high rise hotel areas. http://www.arubabound.com/transp/taxi_fares.htm  Copy and paste this link for a list of fares.
