I am looking at the option of sending my daughter to Xavier University to study medicine. She has Dutch citizenship. What are the student visa requirements for Dutch citizens?

Hi Peter!  Since she has Dutch nationality ( properly documented) there should be no problem. However, I would check with the consulate since she will be at an "extended stay" to attend school.
Arriving on the Island will present no problem, it is just the matter of how long.
If she is accepted to the school, a confirmation of such sould be given to the consulate and that should go very easy considering her Dutch citizenship.
