Sorry if this has been asked before -
We're (mid 20's couple) planning on booking to go next May and to stay at the Occidental?
Would you recommend the time of year and the hotel?

Hi Richard! May is one of the good months to visit Aruba. May be a tad more wind than usual, but overall, the weather is in your favor. Occidental...hearing quite a few poor reports on message boards and other sources. Talk of rude staff, poor food quality. There are many other options such as Amsterdam Manor, Manchebo Beach Resort, Aruba Beach Club. Plenty of choices for lodging to look into. Investigate other places, and I will be glad to give you the ups, and downs on those properties.
