Question
First timer, coming around Dec.7 to 15th from Detroit and having trouble finding descent flights, 2 or 3 stops, 10 to 17 hours. any advise Andy !

Answer
HI ty...from DTW, you first need to know which airlines go to Aruba. We have American (From New York, Miami,San Juan , Boston.) Jet Blue from New York/JFK. U.S.Airways with connections in Philadelphia and Charlotte. Delta from Atlanta, and United from Chicago ( O'Hare).  Once you can get to any one of those cities, getting to Aruba would be no problem! Oh yes, Continental from Newark, also! From DTW, you will have lousy connection times. I would advise getting to one of the departure airports/cities I have listed, and possibly do an overnight stay to keep the day short. If there is anything else you may need to know, contact me as needed!
