Aruba/Aruba - where to stay?

Question
Please help!!!

I am traveling to Aruba in September and have did a lot of research on different hotels.  I have narrowed it down to 2 choices.  It will be either the Raddison or the Marriot Resort and Stellaris casino.  I have narrowed it down to these 2 because the Marriot's rooms are just beautiful and spacious, light colored and airy with 100feet of balcony with nice outside areas (pool beach grounds etc).  vs the Raddison which grounds pool and beach are superior to the Marriot however the rooms are not.  Im not quite sure if this is accurate.  Please help.  Can you please tell me if my above statement is accurate.  Which hotel among only these 2 is the best one.  Thank you.  I really really really do not like old outdated rooms (I know - who stays in the room except to sleep but this is important to me) and I really do not like a lousy beach pool area.  So please help :))))
Thank you sooooooooo much.

Answer
Hi Deb! There is no doubt in my mind that I would  chose the Marriot!! Yes..the rooms are perfect, and the property is well kept, beautiful and spotless! I was totally impressed with this hotel site when I was at their Grand Opening back in 95 or 96. I think once you get there and you actually see both your choices, I know Marriot will be the one! Yes, people do not spend too much time in the rooms, but when I am in there, I want luxury and space!!!
