Question
I will be in Aruba in 4/07 for honeymoon, which will be our 1st visit and would greatly appreciate any suggestions of things to do, see or visit. I was also wondering what you thought of the idea of going to Venezuela for a day?  Thank you very much in advance.

Answer
Hi Lee Ann..sorry for the delay. First..Venezuela. Stay Away! Very dangerous, robberies, assaults and just total lawlwssness there. It used to be a fantastic getaway for a day for people visiting Aruba ( about 12 years ago) but even the U.S. State Department has issued warnings to stay away. Even the airport area is unsafe there. Now..things to do! Plenty of moonlight/Sunset cruises and dinners. This information is widely available at any hotel or by brochures handed to you. Plenty of resturants to choose from also. Jeep tours to the east coast of the island 9 gold mime ruins, caves, rock formations, etc.) To further help your research, go to www.aruba4u.com  and www.visitaruba.com   If there is anything else I can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact me again!
