I looked at web site, no sales for 52nd week - Christmas week. Also, I like the are near the Hyatt. Any suugestions on that?? I beleive that their is construction near the Westin that may be timeshare??

I was looking for a time share to buy in Aruba, but only want week 52 {last week of the year}. I realize that is the most popular week. where would you suggest I look for a good resale??

Hi Mitchell! I found the most reasonable prices and week availability at The Aruba Beach Club. They also just finished a complete refurbishing of the complex. I think you will be quite satisfied there with prices, yearly fees, location, and most of all, quiet. (unlike the hi-rise areas) go to www.arubabeachclub.net  and follow the links to "resales". You can also share the facilities with their sister resort, Casa Del Mar (as they are connected to each other). Hi Mitch...I am very suprised nothing was available in the properties I mentioned. The closest timeshare facility to the Hyatt would be the Marriott Ocean and Surf Clubs. You can also try Playa Linda, which is another top notch facility, but not as close to the Hyatt as the Marriott properties. Good luck on week 52...maybe there is an outright sale by an owner!
