Hi Vijay! First, you must go to Aruba. Visit places looking for help and/or submit an application. If the job comes thru, you must apply for a "work permit" and submit the paperwork by you and your potential employer. Once approved ( which they usually do anyway) you will have to have a place to live. There are plenty of apartments in the San Nicholas area, and you must have a residence address on your forms. Both the job hunt and apartment will have to be a combined effort. Of course, a passport will be required for entry onto the island. 3 to 4 days should be enough time to go to businesses and fill out an application. Good Luck!!
