hey i am 17 and wanan be able to go to bars, are they going to card me or probably not. I've heard the drinking age is 18 but they rarely enforce it.

Hi Miguel!!  From what I have seen..It's a matter of luck. Some places will ask for I.D., but in others I have seen younger drinking. All I can say is good luck, and try to go to where there are more people so you will not get noticed as much. As a warning.....the authorities there are not very tolerant on intoxicated persons, as they have death related accidents due to drinking..even at the legal age. Drink in moderation, and stay out of trouble. They WILL arrest you and hold you in in custody. and Aruban courts are very expensive, as you have to have an Aruban lawyer with you. It can be as expensive as a thousand bucks or more!!
