Question
Good morning!!!  I live in Chicago- so what suggestions do you have as far as the airfare?  Should I look online or contact an agent?

Do we have to rent a car or are there tourist shuttles & buses available?

Our trip is not all inclusive so do you have any suggestions on restaurants?  I'm a seafood lover but my husband loves steak.

Question -
When is the best time to go to Aruba?

We received a free trip to the Wyndham Aruba Beach Resort & Casino - Is this a nice resort?

Is it very expensive in Aruba?

Answer -
Hi L'esha! The best time to go is now! I just returned last week..nice and quiet! It starts to get busy around mid October. The wyndham is a nice place....a bit crowded, but for free..you will enjoy it! prices in Aruba are not too much as they are here in the States, but shop around for airfares....you will usually find big differences between airlines. If I knew where you are, I can make some recomendations for you!  If there is anything else I can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact me!!!

Answer
OK!!  for Chicago, United is your ONLY choice. I would deal with them directly, and WATCH the prices for the fares, as thay go up and down quite often. Find the average price, and when you see a drop..book it!   No need to rent a car...plenty of taxis, bus service. In my 24 trips there, I rented for one year..found out I can go places cheaper/easily by taxi/bus!  Aruba has hundreds of resturants, with a good mix for steak and seafood. I would go to www.aruba.com  or www.aruba4u.com  and check out the links for the resturants.  The most popular resturant the for what you are looking for is called "Crustaceans 7 Steaks" ( just what you want!!)  Anything else I can help you with...you know how to reach me!!!
PS: you can also get American Airlines from Chicago to Miami to Aruba, but it may cost a bit more...you can keep an eye on those flights also!
