Question
we hope to travel to Aruba next year to hold our wedding. Aruba is  a fairly 'new' destination' for British travel agents, and their is only one company currently doing direct flights there from England.

I would be grateful for you opinion on the tamarijn/divi all inclusive resort, as from pictures we like the look of it!!!! limited choice in u.k brochures!!
we plan to travel there in August, what's the weather like on that side of the island? have you witnessed any weddings on the island?

thank you in advance for your assistance!!!

Answer
Hi Liz!!  August is a great time to visit. Less crowded, low traffic and such. I go there myself the last 2 weeks of that month!. I have heard nothing but good things regarding mostly the Divi. I stop there myself for breakfast, as my timeshare is right next door to it. The "Tam" is right next to the Divi, but I think DIvi has better rooms from what I have seen there. I haven't actually witnessed any weddings, but it is quite an everyday occurance with couples being united there.
Back to the weather, the temps range from 85 to 90 during the day, and a nice 76 to 80 at night. Always a nice tradewind, but it can gust at times. Sunset is about 6:50 to 6:58 at that time of year. You will not want to miss those, as Aruba is famous for its sunsets over the water! If there is anything else I can help you with, please do not hesitate to call on me again!!  Maybe we can run across each other down there!!!
