we have a new puppie she is six weeks old, she is half shitzo and half lhasa apso, she is a doll, but she has a few places on her back that feel rough,kinda like a scab but if you sratch it black little dried stuff comes lose, I gave her a bath in a moisturizing shampoo, but it was still there. Is this common or should I worry. Thank you, so much for your help.

If she is not itching or losing hair in those areas, just keep bathing her twice a week.  They could be scabs from previous areas where the mother bit the puppy while moving her around. If they don't go away, ask your vet about them when you take the puppy in for the next shots.
