is it okay to bathe a mangy dog with sulfur soap? if so, is it
effective? are there any alternative medicines for mange? thanks!
Sulfur soap wil not help mange. There are specific treatments for the particular type of mange ou are dealing with. YOur vet can do a skin scraping and tell you which type your dog has. There are special insecticidal dips and other medication that can be used to treat mange.
