I have a 3 year old black lab mix and she has been relatively healthy for the year that I have had her. She has always seemed to have an allergic reaction to grass (nose drips), but now she has bald patches in her armpits! I'm not sure if this is an allergy or a parasite. Just thought I would see if this is a major health concern or something I can treat myself. Thank you so much.

Have it checked by a veterinarian.  There is the possibility that she could have an allergic reaction to something she is in contact with, but her doctor would have to examine the underarm area.  There is not much you can do  at home without first having it examined by her veterinarian.
