Ask the Veterinarian/Dog collapses

Question
Hello.  I have a 13 year old miniture schnauzer, Abby.  She has always gotten really excited after a bath, running all over the house and rubbing on a towel we put on the floor.  Well, the last couple of times we bathed her she would get excited and then within seconds start yelping loudly and then collapse.  The first time she did it she also urinated in the spot she collapsed, this time she did not.  She also did this once in the middle of the night.  I originally thought maybe she was having a seizure (we just lost a dog who had seizure for most of her life so I know what that looks like), but this was different.  Got any ideas what is going on?  I would really appreciate any insight you can give.  Thank you.

There are many reasons why Abby may be collapsing.  It would take too long to list the  possibilities.  Take her to a veterinarian and request to have bloodwork done (to evaluate kidney and liver function and check for red blood count abnormalities).  Also request radiographs to check for disk disease.
