I HAVE A 7 WEEK OLD PUPPY. HE HAS NOT BEEN EATING AND HIS POOP IS A SMELLY YELLOWISH CLEAR MUCOUS. HE JUST LAYS AROUND AND SLEEPS. WHEN HE TRIES TO WALK HE SEEMS TO BE GROGGY AND FALLS OVER SOMETIMES. I CANRT AFORD TO GO TO THE VET CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE?

You have to get your puppy to a veterinarian. The symptoms you describe sound very serious.  I cannot diagnose your puppies' symptoms without first examining your pet.  

Get a phone book and call around to see which veterinarian can give you the services you need at a price you can afford; people often think that they cannot afford a vet without first talking to a vet's office.
