Ask the Veterinarian/cat with brown spots on nose

Question
My cat is almost 2 years old. She was in heat for about a week, and now she seems really mean. She keeps growling and hissing everytime I try to pet her. She sleeps and lays down all day, and hardly gets up to eat or go potty. She has 3 or 4 brown spots on her nose. We can't afford a Vet right now, but I still want to know what it could be. I just don't want her to be dying or really sick.
Please help me!!

I assume that you did not have your cat spayed  because you wrote that she keeps going in heat. Cats  will continue to have heat cycles until they get pregnant or get spayed.  If she is two years old and has not been spayed then there is a possiblibty that at this point she may have a uterine infection.  Repeated heat cycles can cause the uterus to be at risk for an infection. That might be the reason that she is growling and hissing. I am not sure that the spots on her nose are the reason for her strange behavior.  You need to have her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible.
