Subject: discharge

Question
My indoor/outdoor male cat has a clear, odorless discharge from his anus. Any ideas what this could be?

Answer
Hello Kathy:  This discharge could be due to a parasite or worms.  Also, it could just be related to a little virus in his belly.
Hard to say.  Just keep and eye on it.  It may go away on it's own.

Thanks for the question.
