hi she weighs about 35 lbs i gave her 12.5 mls then she got the hick ups and then followed my real fast breathing and muffled breathing shes my baby please help me god bless

Giving your pet Benadryl should not be a problem. If she developed the symptoms you describe, then you should seek help from a veterinarian. One dose of a Benadryl to a 35lb dog is not usually a big deal.
Talk with the vet's office to determine if a Benadryl is recommended before you dose her again. You did not state why you were giving her the medicine - was it for allergies?
