Ask the Veterinarian/puppy vomitting

Question
My puppy was spraying vomit from her nose, I have never seen anything like it.  She kept shaking her head back and forth.  She did not eat at all before (last feeding was night before).  Her eyes shortly after rolled back in her head.  I rushed her to the vet where he doesn't think anything is wrong with her. I think there is more to this, I don't know what to do

Answer
Chris -

Continue to take her to the veterinarian.  If she is still vomiting through the nose and acting lethargic, and her eyes are "rolling in the back of her head"  then there is obviously something wrong with her.   Was she alert while this was happening?  If not, please make the veterinarian aware of it.   Request bloodwork and radiographs to further evaluate why she is not feeling well.  Unfortunately, I cannot offer suggestions on what is bothering her without having the opportunity to examine her.
