we have an 8year old dsh cat symptoms are like having vertigo what are the treatments

Your veterinarian will most likely recommend bloodwork and radiographs to help determine the basis for the inner ear problem.  Then, based on the results of those tests, the vet will recommend treatments. Those treatments are most likely  oral medications.
