Question
If my dogs in heat an i took her over to another dogs house to have them mate what do you suggest keep them over night together or will start getting friendly right away? How long does it usually take?

As long as the dogs are comfortable with each other, then they should not have a problem mating.
The only thing that determines when they will mate is if they get along okay. If they are not comfortable with each other, then it may take a while for them to mate.
