Question
How much baby aspirin should be given to a 2 lb dog after having a vaccination?
Or should they be given an adult aspirin and how much?

Why are you giving your dog aspirin after a vaccine? If you think that your dog is not feeling well, contact the vet that vaccinated the dog and inform then of your concerns.
I cannot recommend giving your dog aspirin without having seen your pet. I have to know that your pet is healthy and I also have to have a doctor-patient relationship with your pet.
