My 11yr.old Cockers right eye all of a sudden started looking lazy and weird, she seems to see and act alright, what could it be?

An 11 year old cocker is at least seventy years old when compared to human years. She is a geriatric patient and should be considered so. There are several reasons why she may be looking lazy - she may have arthritis and be in pain, or there may be problems with the kidneys, or there may be heart problems. Have her examined at a doctor's office to determine why she appears to be so lethargic.
