Question
My dog has developed white spots on her nose, and it looks like it is spreading. Do you have any idea what this may be? Please help me I need to know if she is sick,I want to try and solve the problem myself because the vet is so expensive.

Unfortunately, I am not able to diagnose your dog's illness without the benefit of a physical exam.  I can offer that if your dog is losing pigment, then it is not a fatal disease, only cosmetic. The hair loss is called vitiligo.  

Have your dog examined by a veterinarian.  There you can get d definitive answer and find out if your dog needs treatment.
