MY JACK RUSSELL CHEWED ON A LARGE STICK YESTERDAY FOR QUITE SOME TIME. TODAY HE IS SEEMS TO HAVE PAIN AND ANXIETY. HE HAS ALSO HAD 2 BOWEL MOVEMENTS INVOLUNTARILY. ONE WAS HARD AND ONE WAS WATERY. WHEN HE IS IN HIS KENNEL HE IS QUIET BUT WHEN HE WALKS AROUND THE HOUSE HE SOMETIMES YELPS.

Have your pet examined by a doctor as soon as possible.  If he has swallowed wood it can easily penetrate the stomach or intestine and the longer you wait to have it diagnosed, the greater the chance that the stomach and/or intestines will become infected.
