Question
Hello, I have an 8 week old kitten that is leaking pus from her vagina.  She also seems to dribble out small amounts of urine even while resting.  She eats, drinks, goes in the litterbox and happily plays.  What could this be?  WOuld it be expensive to fix?

Answer
Elecia -

Vaginal infections in kittens as young as eight weeks are not common.  Have her examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  If she does have an infection, it could progress rapidly. The cost would depend on the diagnosis; because I do not have the benefit of a physical exam I cannot offer  a guess on the cost of treatment.
