I noticed about 3 days ago that my female Yorkie has a bold spot near her tail area. the size of the bold spot is about 1.5inch in diametet

Take your dog to the veterinarian for an examination.  There are literally hundreds of reasons why your dog would have a bald spot.  I cannot diagnose the problem without the benefit of a physical exam.
