right, my cat shes a female aged 1yrs 7mths and she has a lump on her lower back and every time i do try and stroke her she twiches its really worrying me my mom says its probably nothing please help me thanks.

Have you had your cat examined by a veterinarian?  A doctor needs to look her over and vaccinate her. Cats can be very sensitve to touch especially at the back end.   You cat may be extra sensitive to touch but first you should rule out any sin condition or ailment.
