Question
my cat for the past week has been peeing on the floor. She acts like her back legs are hurt, not eating or drinking and she is normally a fat cat but I've noticed she'd lost weight. She was at least getting up on kitchen chairs and now she can't. Any ideas?

Answer
Christina -

Have her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  She may have a bladder infection or a bladder obstruction.  Do not hesitate to make an appointment as the infection may get progress quickly.
