Question
I am puppy sitting and Thurs about 10:30 she started vomit a grey color and had a grey not solid but not liquid either poop, she is very dehydrated and hasn't eaten any solid food since Thurs it is now sat PM she keeps vomiting the owner is out of town and I can' afford a vet please help me I an so afraid she will die

If your dog is still vomiting, it is best that you get her to a doctor.  You do not want to give her anything to eat because most likely it will not stay in her stomach.  

If your puppy is very ill, then it is necessary that you get her to a doctor.  If finances are a concern, call around to find a doctor that can meet your financial needs.  A vomiting puppy is in danger of severe dehydration that can lead to organ failure.
