Question
Hi, my 7wk old puppy is whiningh as he bites his hind legs. He seems very anxious.

Wendy -

Check your pup for fleas under the tail, behind the ears and under the belly.  If you see fleas bathe the puppy in baby shampoo and them take him to a veterinarian.  

If you do not find fleas, take him to the vet for a physical examination.  The vet can give him vaccines and treat for intestinal parasites.
