I have 8wks old lab pup for past 3- 4 she is scratching herself all day . I noticed her belly skin has become rough with some small yellow patches.Place where Im living no vet is available so can you suggest me some home remedy. Otherwise my pup is active and eating well. Sometimes she passes yellow urine.

This could be scabies, or sarcoptic mange.  There is nothing you can do at home for this.  It is also contagious to people.  Have the vet check it and if it is mange, they can treat it with either a special insecticidal dip or with an injection of a medication called ivermectin.
