I cannot believe that you would not consider taking you dog to a veterinarian even though it is quite obvious that your dog is ill.  Urinating blood can be painful and damaging to the bladder.   In my opinion it is  quite neglectful to ignore what is a case of obvious illness and try to treat with home remedies.

There are no home remedies that treat UTI or prostate infections that have progressed to bloody urine.  These infections can usually be easily treated when seen by a veterinarian.  The staff at the vet's office should be prepared to handle a so-called  "vicious" Chihuahua.  It is difficult for me to believe that your dog is so vicious that it cannot be treated at a vet's office. However, there are some dogs and cats that become particularly stressed when they visit a vet's office for an exam - perhaps the services of a vet that makes house calls would be less stressful for your dog.

If you still feel that your dog is too mean to be seen by a veterinarian I suggest that you surrender your pet to a Chihuahua rescue group. The rescue group will make sure your pet is treated and that it is placed with a new owner.
