Question
My dog is about 10 years old and has never been spayed. I've recently found that under two of her nipples she has lumps. She also has had diarrhea several times and i've noticed blood in her fecal matter as well. What are the possible reasons for this?

Answer
Ashley -

There are several possible reasons for the bloody stools  as there are many reasons for the lumps in the nipples.

Diarrhea can cause dehydration which can have severe effects on the organs in the body.  Lumps in the nipples have a greater chance of being cancerous since your dog has not been spayed. Have your dog evaluated by a veterinarian to determine the nature of the lumps in the nipples and the bloody diarrhea.
