my dog is shaking and breathing heavily can you please tell me what is wrong

Obviously, I cannot tell you what is wrong with your dog without at least seeing the dog and performing a physical exam. Take your pet to a veterinarian for a physical exam to determine why your dog is exhibiting such symptoms.
