Question
I run an animal shelter and we have a young (1-2 )English Bulldog whoseems to have no control over her urine and bowels. she walks she pees and when she runs she poops.... what can we do to help her? being in a shelter we are limited to what we can do but I would like to try and help her if I can.Thank you for your help in this matter

Answer
Rhonda -

You should consult a veterinarian for an evaluation and physical exam of the bulldog.  There is a possibility that she may have a congenital problem that may be able to be corrected with surgery.

I cannot give a diagnosis with the benefit of a physical exam.
