Question

Haemorrhoid 1
My German Sheperd is suffering from infections for last 2 months. Photo attached Despite on antibiotics there is no improvement. As per veterinarian the disease is known as Haemorrhoid.
Will appreciate for your suggestion and a remedy.

Answer
nb German Shepherds, they get fistulas in their tissue surrounding the rectum.  Your vet may prescribe something called ATOPICA, which is cyclosporine.  There has been good results with ATOPICA in this condition.  It may require a tail amputation to cure it.  I often use my laser to ablate that tissue prior to doing an amputation.
