it has apear on hes hipps a bit of a hair loos. we was to the wet, he had all the skin tests of that area and all are negativ. we had him on steroids, nathink,he had antibiotics injections.. in one side it disepear,but in the other no. it seems to be like small spots under the skin,they are not ichy or feeld with nathink. and the hair cant regenerate... im sory for my speling and not pro description but i will be greatfull if u can give some info on this. thank you.

I cannot diagnose on the internet.  I would have to know what the disease is to help you with treatment of a disease.  Sometimes antibiotics need to be given for months to treat a bacterial skin infection.  Bathing helps many  skin problems by removing material on the skin that can be irritating.
