Hello,
My Queensland Heeler has red raised bumps that are filled with puss and seem to be appearing rapidly and getting bigger within minutes. These bumps are mainly on her rear end and around her tail. I have been giving her flax seed oil in her food 1 tablespoon a day for about a week thinking she was itching because of allergies. Please any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated until I can get her to her vet next week.

This is most likely an infection.  She may need a 2 week course of antibiotics to help.  YOu can also bathe her in a medicated shampoo that kills bacteria.  If she is having allergies, then she may need some steroids to help control the itching and rednes.
