Question
I have a 8 month old male pit who I just noticed has red bumps all around his area, and also has a yellow, milky, thick substance slowly leaking out. Any ideas what it is?

What do your mean by his area? Have you had your puppy examined by a veterinarian? Unfortunately, I cannot diagnose your pet's ailment without the benefit of a physical exam. Your veterinarian can properly diagnose the problem after an exam.
