Question

dachshund enlarged nip
Dr. nipple ? just below her right armpit. She has no pain, it is not red or
oozing, it even has hair growing on it. We noticed that her nipple ? appeared
to be callused a month ago, since she is so close to the ground. However,
now this nipple ? appears as described. Though 14 she acts, plays, eats &
drinks like a pup & is not under or over weight.

You should have your dog examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  You did not say whether or not your female had been spayed.  Her fertility status may help to determine if this is just a "skin tag" or something more serious such as a malignancy.

You veterinarian can help determine if this nipple(?) should be surgically removed.
