My cat's lost all its hair on both ears, they seem to be bleeding on the outside and it has been urinating on my bed and even right on my lap. This isn't like her.....any advice on what could be wrong?

I would first check for ringworn for the hair loss on the ears.  If the cat is outside and the ears are bleeding, then flies may be getting to them.  If there are also sores on the face, then I would think of a food allergy.  Take the cat to a vet for an exam.
