Question
What causes my dog to yelp in pain each time you touch her. It seems anywhere on her upper body, even if you brush by her or touch her lightly she cries in pain.

Answer
Obviously, there are many possibilities to this sopreness.  It could be skin sensitivity, a bad muscle or tendon, a disk problem in the spine, any type of damage to the internal organs, and sometimes even fearful animals will seem painful.  YOur vet will need to examine the dog and poossibly run blood tests and X-rays to diagnose this problem.
