how do i know if my female dog is pregnant?
and if yes how long does the pregnancy last?

Pregnancy in a dog lasts about 63 days; you can tell your dog is pregnant by observing the mammary glands - they will enlarge as the pregnancy progresses. Also the vulva will enlarge as the pregnancy progresses.
