My friends rotti had a small dark spot on his eye - he was diagnosed with lymphomia and had to be put to sleep at 4.  My 2nd rotti had a small dark spot on his eye - he had an autoimmune reaction to his vaccinations and had to be put to sleep at 6.  My new rotti is 3 1/2, he has developed a small dark spot on his eye - should I be worried?  What is this a sign of?  Anything?

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you what is wrong with your dog with the benefit of a physical exam.  Take your dog to the vet as soon as possible  - he /she can determine the nature of the spot in the eye.
