Question
MAYBE MY HOME GOT FLEAS BECAUSE MY FAMILY MEMBERS INCLUDE ME ARE BITE FROM SOMETHING. MY SKIN SO ITCHY AND TURN RED. I READ SOME ADVICES TO KILL AND CONTROL FLEAS BY USE DEMIZE NYLAR IGR, OVITROL SPRAY AND SENTINEL TABLET BUT MY DOG IS USING HEARTGARD PLUS DO I NEED TO CHANGE TO THE SENTINEL TABLET? THE DEMIZE NYLAR IGR NEED TO BE NO ONE HOME IF YOU USE IT? THANKS FOR ANSWER

Answer
I would recommend either Frontline plus Topspot or Comfortis oral tablets to kill fleas on your dog.  Sentinel does not kill fleas so leave him on Heartgard.  As far as spraying the indoors, the nylar with the IGR is fine as long as the nylar is repeated every 2 weeks for at least 3 applications.
